Abstract:
The talk will focus on Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology and will investigate the different applications and scenarios in which such a technology represents the key enabling factor. In particular, due to its excellent performance in terms of output power density and operating frequency, GaN is playing a major role in the development of circuits and systems for next-generation communication systems,such as 5G.
